Great for salad, bread, pasta and when not in use hang it on the wall. Comes with attached stainless steel hanging wire. Porcelain fired to cone6. Made to be used, suitable for oven and dishwasher. If hanging wire removed microwavable, that would be a large microwave I think. This is a 13.5” diameter and 1 3/4” deep serving bowl/platter.
